摘　　要：随着耐药菌株的增多,重症监护病房(ICU)医院获得性肺炎的发生率显著升高。识别危险因素可以在医疗实践中为患者提供更好的防治措施。本文主要探讨影响昆明医学院第一附属医院ICU院内获得性肺炎的危险因素及预防措施,旨在给予临床防治工作提供信息与依据。With the increasing of drug resistant strain,ineidence of nosocomial pneumonia in ICU is increasing greatly. Recognition of risk factors can provide better prevention and cure method for patients in medical practice. This article mainly debates risk factors and prevention methods of NP in ICU of the frrst affiliated hospital of kunming medical college in order to provide information and basis for clinical prevention and cure.
