摘  要:以长春花幼嫩叶片为材料诱导和筛选愈伤组织,进行细胞悬浮培养.初步探讨了在光照和黑暗条件下,悬浮培养的长春花细胞生长和生理生化特性.结果表明:在光照条件下,长春花悬浮培养细胞生长周期均为27 d,细胞增殖率曲线呈"S"形;其生长势与可溶性蛋白质含量和SOD、POD活性呈现一定相关性.光照对长春花细胞的悬浮培养是有利的,最佳收获期为18 d到21 d.Callus from the young leaves of Catharanthus roseus (L.)G. Don were induced and chosen, then the system of suspension cultures were established. The influences of light on the cell growth and physiological and biochemical characters were primarily studied. The results showed that both in the light and the dark, the cell growth curve was in "S" shape , and the growth circle was about 27 days; The states of growth ,soluble protein content and POD. SOD activities of cultured cells had some relativity. The light was benefit to cell suspension culture of Catharanthus roseus (L.)G. Don and the optimal harvest day was from 18th to 21th.
