摘　　要：首先提出了数字土地博物馆的概念及建设目标;然后从基础框架和基础平台两方面进行系统分析,提出数字土地博物馆由网络基础设施、综合信息平台、信息应用系统、政策法规与保障体系及技术支撑体系等部分组成,总体上划分为基础地理信息平台管理、元数据管理、地理信息共享和数据交换等子系统;最后采用三层体系结构进行系统架构设计,并针对土地数据库异构现状进行数据库设计.该研究对于我国实施数字土地博物馆建设具有指导和借鉴作用,促进我国土地资源信息共享与社会化服务.Firstly, the conception and objects of Digital Land Museum System （DLMS） are put forward, and the system analysis of DLMS is carried out with both basic framework and platform considered. Then, the structure and component of DLMS are worked out, which is made of network instruments, synthetic information platform, information application system, system of policy and regulation, and technological support system etc. Finally, the 3-tier architecture is applied in frame design of DLMS, and the different structure database of DLMS is established for effective management of land resources data. This research will supply guidance and use for reference, in building national digital land museum and promote information share and rational management of land resources in China.
