摘　　要：采用文献综述法,对肾上腺髓质素及其与运动心脏重塑的关系进行探讨,分析了肾上腺髓质素在运动心脏重塑中的作用。通过对运动心脏重塑的机制、运动与肾上腺髓质素的关系、肾上腺髓质素的生理作用、肾上腺髓质素的信号传导、分子生物学等方面的研究,认为肾上腺髓质素是维护机体血液动力学稳定的重要因素,是运动心脏重塑的重要介质。This paper summarized the relationship between adrenomedullin and exercise-induced cardiac remodeling and analyzed the functions of adrenomedullin in the cardia remodeling. The mechanism of the exercise-induced cardia remodeling, the relationship between sports and adrenomedullin, physiological functions of adrenomedullin, signal transduction pathway of adrenomedullin and molecular biology indicated that adrenomedullin was an important factor for hemodynamic dysfunction and played a critical role in exerciseinduced cardiac remodeling.
