摘　　要：政府决策失误一直是市场经济环境下政府行为急需完善的一个问题,对其失误的责任追究问题也成为理论界和实务界讨论的一个热点。本文从政府决策失误责任追究的立法现状着手,对现有的法律体系和实践做法加以分析,引出笔者的一些思考并大胆提出一些借鉴制度。The government＇ s fault in decision-making is a problem that needs the government behaviors to be perfected under market economy environment. The investigation of responsibility caused by the government＇ s fault in decision-making becomes a hot issue in the theory cirle and practical circle. This paper analyzes the current legal system and practices from the angle of current legislation situation of the investigation of responsibility caused by government＇ s fault in decision-making and raises some ideas for reference.
