摘　　要：发布在网站上的天气预报信息,为人们的生产、生活提供了很多方便,因此深受广大网民的关注。本文通过设计一个基于WEB的天气预报系统,对系统所需的cookie值设置、数据采集、数据库存取模块进行分析与实现。The weather forecast informations published on the website provide a lot of convenience for people＇s production and life. Therefore, many internet users are concerned about it. This paper designs a weather report system based on WEB. This system analyzes and implements the data collection cookie setting and database access module .
