不同蚕品种对山莴苣的适应性初探

摘　　要：探讨不同蚕品种用山莴苣Lactuca indica L.饲育的适应性差异,为选育适应性强的蚕品种提供参考。从收蚁开始用山莴苣饲育,调查24h疏毛率、90%个体死亡时间、1～3龄的发育经过和眠蚕体重。供试的20个蚕品种对山莴苣均具有良好的摄食性,疏毛率都在99%以上。但不同蚕品种的存活时间、发育经过和眠蚕体重存在很大差异,总体上杂交种的适应性优于原种。结论:不同蚕品种对山莴苣的适应性存在最著差异,90%个体死亡时间和眠蚕体重是衡量适应性的有效指标。通过用山莴苣累代饲养和系统选择,可以提高后代的适应性。The adaptability of different varieties of Bombyx mori for Lactuca indica L was studied in this paper in order to provide references for finding the variety with excellent characteristics. The test silkworms was fed with Lactuca indica L from the gathering of newly hatched silkworm and the indexes such as the setae dispersion rate at 24h, the time of ninety percent mortality, the duration of instars from the 1st instar to the 3rd instar and the body weight of molting silkworms were investigated. The 20 silkworm varieties tested all showed good feeding habit for Lactctuca indica L and the setae dispersion rate at 24h was more than 99%. While there were remarkable differences between the different varieties for the indexes such as the survival period, the growth passage and the body weight of molting silkworms. As a whole the adaptability of hybrids performed better than that of the stock seeds. There were significant differences between the different varieties of silkworm in the adaptability for Lactuca indica L. The time of ninety percent mortality and the body weight of molting silkworm were the effective indexes to measure the adaptability. The adaptability for Lactuca indica L could be improved by the way of feeding it for generations and the system selection .
