复方银黄微型灌肠剂对发热大鼠下丘脑前列腺素E_2含量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方银黄微型灌肠剂(YHCE)的解热作用及对发热大鼠下丘脑中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量的影响,初步探索其解热机制。方法采用皮下注射20%酵母混悬液(10 ml/kg)造大鼠发热模型,1h后灌肠给药,分别于给药后2,4,6h观测肛温,用ELISA法测定大鼠下丘脑中PGE2含量。结果YHCE能在给药后2,4,6 h显著抑制大鼠体温上升(P<0.01),并在给药后2,4 h明显抑制PGE2含量的增高(P<0.05)。结论复方银黄微型灌肠剂有解热作用,而且能降低发热大鼠下丘脑的PGE2含量。Objective To observe the effect of Yinhuang micro - enema（YHCE） on the content of prostaglandin E2 in the febrile rat hypothalamus and to explore the possible antipyretic mechanism of YHCE. Methods The febrile rats modle was established by injecting 20% suspension of yeast hypodermically （ 10 ml/kg）. One hour later, the coloclysising drugs were administered respectively. Then the temperatures at 2,4 and 6h after administration were observed, the content of PGE2 was mensured by Enzyme- Linked Immunosorbnent Assay（ELISA）. Results The YHCE inhibited the temperature rising at 2 ,4 and 6h after administration （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and inhibited the rising of the PGE2 content at 2 ,4 h after administration （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion YHCE has obvious antipyretic effect. It can decrease the PGE2 content in febrile rats hypothalamus obviously.
