摘  要:目的研究机械化学法辅助提取刺五加总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,通过单因素及正交实验考察机械化学法辅助提取刺五加总黄酮的主要影响因素,确定最佳工艺条件;采用分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果最佳工艺条件为:Na2CO3/Na2B4O7助剂用量4%(W/W),物料粒度D95≤37μm,乙醇浓度为20%(V/V),料液比为1∶60(g∶ml)。该工艺条件下,总黄酮提取率比热回流法提高13.2%。结论机械化学法辅助提取具有提取率高,时间短,无需加热,乙醇用量少等特点,是提取刺五加总黄酮的一种有效方法。Objective To optimize the mechanochemical assisted extraction on the total flavonoids from Eleutherococcus senticosus. Methods The optimum extraction parameters were investigated by one - factor experiment and orthogonal design. The content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry. Results The optimum parameters were as follows: Na2CO3/Na2B4O7 content 4% ( W/W), particle size D95≤37 μm, 20% (V/V) ethanol, solid/liquid ratio 1:60 (g: ml). Under these parameters, the total flavonoids yield increased by 13.2% compared with heat- reflux extraction. Conclusion The mechanochemical assisted extraction can improve the total flavonoids yield, shorten the extraction time, reduce the ethanol consumption, and need no heat. It is an effective method for total flavonoids extraction from Eleutherococcus senticosus.
