摘　　要：目的探讨杜梨果实热水提取物对H22小鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法以H22(肝癌实体型)移植小鼠为模型研究杜梨果实热水提取物体内抗肿瘤作用,以及对脾脏、胸腺指数的影响。结果杜梨果实热水提取物对H22有显著的抑制作用,使荷瘤小鼠的脾脏、胸腺指数明显升高。结论杜梨果实热水提取物具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。Objective To investigate the antitumor effect of the hot water extract water from Pyrus betulaefolia Bge.. Methods H22 tumor -bearing mice model was established and the affection on spleen and thymus index was observed. Results The experiment indicated that the extract by hot water showed significant inhibitory effects on H22, and prominently improved spleen and thymus indexes. Conclusion The hot water extract from Pyrus betulaefolia Bge. has antitumor activity.
