摘  要:目的大孔树脂吸附分离纯化玉屏风复方提取物中色原酮苷成分。方法采用静态吸附实验考察D101,AB-8,S-8,X-5等7种大孔吸附树脂对升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷两种色原酮苷的吸附效果,筛选出吸附性能较好的树脂;对所筛选出的树脂,进一步采用固定床吸附法分离玉屏风提取物中色原酮苷,探讨主要参数对色原酮苷固定床穿透曲线及洗脱曲线的影响。结果AB-8树脂的吸附性能优于其它考察的树脂,经AB-8树脂固定床分离纯化后,玉屏风复方提取物中色原酮苷含量从0.55%提高到10.01%,回收率为87.2%。结论AB-8大孔吸附可用于玉屏风提取物中色原酮苷活性成分的分离纯化。Objective To separate and purify the chromone glycoside from the extract of Yupingfeng with macroporous resin absorption. Methods The resin suitable for separation of chromone glycoside was determined by static absorption experiment on seven different kinds of resins, and further more, the absorption and elution of chromone glycoside on the selected resin were studied by fixed bed absorption experiment. Results The AB - 8 resin was founded to be suitable for separation and purification of chromone glycoside. The experiment results showed that the content of chromone glycoside in the extract of Yupingfeng increased from 0.55% to 10.01% with a recovery rate of 87.2% by separation on fixed bed of AB -8 resin. Conclusion The AB -8 resin is suitable for separation and enrichment of chromone glycoside in extract of Yupingfeng.
