津力达颗粒联合诺和龙对2型糖尿病胰岛β细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药"津力达颗粒"联合诺和龙治疗对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法选择2型糖尿病患者300例,津力达颗粒联合诺和龙为治疗组,六味地黄丸联合诺和龙为对照组,治疗6个月评定疗效。结果两组治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c较治疗前均有显著下降(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后1h、2h(PINS1h、2h)血浆胰岛素水平均升高,但FINS1h、空腹C肽升高显著,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后HOMA-β增高明显,HOMA-IR明显下降,治疗组血糖达标的时间、诺和龙每日用总量、低血糖发生率均低于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论治疗组能延缓胰岛β细胞功能衰退。Objective To discuss the efficiency of JinLiDa particle added NoVoNorm tablet on β - cell pancreatic function. Methods 300 type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups randomly： JinLiDa particle added NoVoNorm tablet, LiuWeiDiHuang pill with NoVoNorm tablet. Then the changes of FBG, 2hPG, HbA1c, plasma insulin level, β -cell pancreatic function and insulin resistance after 6 months treatment were compared. Results FBG, 2HPG and HbA1C of the two groups dropped dramatically after treatment （P 〈0.01） ; FINS , PINS1h, PINS2h and C- peptides all increased with PINS1h and C -peptides going up more dramatically in therapeutic group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of HOMA - β in therapeutic group increased more greatly than control group while HOMA - IR decreased obviously. The doses of NoVoNorm tablet and the incidents of hypoglycemia in therapeutic group were lower than in control group（P 〈0.05 ）. It took shorter time to reach the ideal level of blood glucose in therapeutic group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of JinLiDa particle and NoVoNorm tablet can delay β -cell dysfunction.
