加味真武汤对充血性心力衰竭患者NT-pro BNP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味真武汤对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能、中医证候疗效和NT-proBNP水平的影响。方法将112名充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为基本治疗组(对照组)和中药组(治疗组)。治疗组在基本治疗的基础上加服加味真武汤,观察治疗前后患者心功能和中医证候变化,以及NT-proBNP在治疗前后的水平变化。结果加味真武汤可使CHF患者心功能、中医证候改善;同时,可使患者NT-proBNP水平显著下降,与对照组比较,有显著性差异。结论加味真武汤不仅能有效地使患者心功能和中医证候得到改善,而且能降低患者血液中NT-proBNP的水平。Objective To investigate the influence of Jiawei Zhenwu decoction on cardiac function and the effect of Chinese medicine syndrome and NT -pro BNP on congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods 112 CHF suffers randomly divided into two groups , Chinese medicine group and the control group. The control group was served with routine curing , as Diuretic and ACEI ect. Chinese medicine group was treated with Jiawei Zhenwu decoction besides routine curing. Observed the effect of the drug on CHF suffers by measuring the cardiac function, the effect of Chinese medicine syndrome and NT - pro BNP level . Results The drug significantly improved the cardiac function, the effect of Chinese medicine syndrome ,and decreased the level of NT - proBNP. Conclusion Jiawei Zhenwu decoction can improve the cardiac function, the effect of Chinese medicine syndrome , and decrease the level of NT - proBNP.
