摘  要:目的研究防己渗漉提取的最佳工艺。方法以防己总碱和粉防己碱为考察指标,采用正交实验法对防己的渗漉工艺进行研究。结果确定了最佳工艺条件为浸渍24 h,60%乙醇6倍量渗漉,渗漉速度为快速。结论工艺合理可行,可应用于生产。Objective To study the optimum percolation conditions for Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae. Methods The percolation process of Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae was studied by orthogonal design, and the content level of total alkaloids and tetrandrine were used as indexes. Results The optimum percolation conditions for Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae were as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 60 % , the time of soak was 24h , the rate of percolation was 5ml·min^-1·kg^-1, and the volume of solvent was 6 times. Conclusion The method is reasonable and feasible,and can be applied to batch production.
