构建“宁镇扬经济板块”的几点思考

摘　　要：江苏省第十一次党代会提出了打造“宁镇扬经济板块”的构想,这是区域经济一体化的必然趋势。宁镇扬经济板块整合发展具有得天独厚的良好条件,必须抓住机遇,加快实施,在交通、信息、制造、商贸、服务、科教文卫、管理等领域开展全方位的合作。当前,应制定规划,建立协调制度,注重市场作用与政府推动的协调统一,打破要素流动的桎梏,培育统一的要素市场,促进经济板块的形成和壮大。The l lth Jiangsu Party Representative Assembly visualizes the construction of ＂Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yang- zhou Economic Zone＂, which is the inevitable tendency in the globalization of regional economy. The Ning-Zhen- Yang Economic Zone enjoys many advantages in its integration and development, which offers great opportunity. All-round cooperation should be sped up in such fields as transportation, information, manufacture, trade, service, education, health, and management. Presently, relevant layout and regulations should be established; market effect and government drive should be harmoniously combined; the shackle of floating elements must be broken; a comanon market of elements should be fostered to accelerate the formation and flourishing of the economic zone.
