摘 要:本文选用半干法工艺制备季铵型阳离子淀粉,具体试验了季铵型阳离子醚化剂N-(2,3环氧丙基)三甲铵盐酸盐(GTA)及季铵型阳离子淀粉的制备方法,对影响GTA制备及季铵型阳离子淀粉制备的主要因素:原料的配比、pH值、反应时间及反应温度进行了研究。通过使用实验室配制的模拟废水检测季铵型阳离子淀粉的絮凝效果,得出制备阳离子醚化剂和制备阳离子淀粉的最优化条件。应用红外光谱对产品结构进行分析表征,证明了淀粉的阳离子化。We selected the semi - dry process as the technologic method to prepare quaternary ammonium type cationic starch. In this thesis, the method of preparation of cationic starch and etherifying agent (GTA) was studied. The experiments also studied the main influence factors about it. The ratio of the components,pH value, time and temperature. By testing the flocculation effect of quaternary ammonium type cationic starch on analog wastewater, we set up the optimum synthesis condition of GTA and quaternary ammonium type cationic starch. Study the product by IR to confirm starch cationization.
