迈格尔治疗肿瘤患者放化疗后血小板下降的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察迈格尔(重组人白细胞介素11)治疗肿瘤患者放化疗后血小板减少症的临床疗效。方法对50例放化疗后血小板减少的肿瘤患者进行随机分组观察,治疗组25例,应用迈格尔50μg/(kg·d)皮下注射,直至血小板数量达到≥80×109/L;对照组25例,不治疗,观察血小板计数和血小板恢复时间。结果给药第5天,第9天,治疗组血小板计数均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。血小板计数恢复到80×109/L以上所需时间治疗组较对照组显著缩短(P<0.001)。结论迈格尔可有效治疗肿瘤患者放化疗后所引起的血小板减少症。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Manger（rhIL-11）on thrombopenia of the patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy and radiotherapy1 .Methods 40 patients with malignant tumor suffering from thrombopenia after chemotherapy and radiotherapy were randomly divided into Manger group（n = 20）which received hypodermic injection Manger 50 μ g/（kg·d）till the thrombocyte count reached ≥ 80 × 109/L,and control group（n = 20）which received no therapy.Thrombocyte count and thrombocyte recovery time were observed.Results Thrombocyte count of Manger group was obviously higher than that of control group at the 6 days and the 10 days（P 〈 0.001）.The time needed to recover thrombocyte count over ≥ 80 × 109/L was shortened compared with control group（P 〈 0.002）.Conclution Manger can effectively improve thrombopenia of the patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
