岩舒注射液联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察岩舒注射液联合NP方案在晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的疗效。方法所有病例均经病理和(或)细胞学确诊为晚期NSCLC。其中治疗组50例行长春瑞滨(NVB)加顺铂(NP)方案化疗同时加用岩舒注射液。对照组30例单用NP化疗,不加用其他生物制剂或中药。结果治疗组和对照组的总RR分别为48%和33.3%(P=0.002),总临床受益率(CBR)分别为76%和66%(P=0.004),中位进展时间分别为6.8个月和4.8个月(P=0.041),治疗组与对照组疗后的生活质量(QOL)评分比较有明显提高(P=0.008),毒副反应亦较轻(P<0.05)。结论岩舒注射液能明显改善晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的RR、CBR、QOL,并且能增效减毒,延长生存期,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Yanshu injection in combination with NP Chemotherapy for advanced non,small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled,50 in the trial group were assigned to receive Yanshu injection in combination with NP chemotherapy and 30 in the control group to receive NP chemotherapy alone.Result group of Yanshu injection in combination with NP had a better effect of raising the life quality,improve the symptoms than group of NP（P〈0.05）,prolong the life span.Conclusion Group of Yanshu injection combined with NP could improve the symptoms,alleviate the quality of life,reduced the toxicity of chemotherap.
