摘　　要：探讨了经济增长方式转变的本质和条件,阐明其转换的基础和关键在于前瞻性人力资本培育,在对前瞻性人力资本培育与经济增长方式转换的配合关系进行讨论的基础上,提出以产业结构与就业结构的协调配合为结合点,进行前瞻性人力资本培育的观点。This paper discusses the nature and conditions of economic growth pattern transformation, and demonstrates that the basis and key of the transformation lie in the cultivation of foreseeing human resource. It also discusses how to match up foreseeing human capital cultivation and the economic growth. Then the author proposes the concept that to make the industrial structure coherent with the employment structure will be a good combination point of foreseeing human capital cultivation.
