摘  要:我国实施乡村医生教育规划以来,乡村医生教育全面、快速发展,已建立起运作规范有效的乡村医生教育体系,乡村医生教育稳步实施。由于经济社会发展水平的差异,部分省区乡村医生教育发展状况不容乐观:乡村医生学历层次偏低,专业知识老化,中专水平、中专及以上学历比例仍比较低,甚至无专业学历,执业(助理)医师比例低或无等。要实现《2001-2010年全国乡村医生教育规划》目标,必须进一步完善乡村医生教育的政策法规,调整教育、办学模式及专业知识结构,提高学历教育层次,充分利用卫生教育资源,提高教育工作效益,建立健全考核机制和激励机制。In our country the village doctor education has being developed completely and fast. Stardard and effective the system of village docter education has built up, and the village doctor educations has being implemented steadily. But the conditions of village doctor education in some provinces are not good: the layer of educational background, the level of professional knowledge, and the proportions on the level of secondary specility ,and the educational background of secondary specility and ahove in the villgae doctors i,s lower still. It's important for realizing the target of "program ": perfecting the policy laws of village doctor educatione, adjusting the educational modes and the professional knowledge structures, raising the educational background layer, making use of the hygiene education resources well, raising the performance of education, building up the mechanisms of examine and encourage.
