摘 要:目的观察苦碟子对麻醉猫脑血流量及离体豚鼠冠脉流量的影响。方法分别采用Langendorff离体豚鼠心脏灌流模型及麻醉猫在体脑血流量实验的方法,研究苦碟子对其的影响。结果苦碟子能明显降低麻醉猫平均动脉压,增加脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力,增加离体豚鼠心脏冠脉流量。结论苦碟子具有调节心、脑血管阻力的作用,这可能是其抗心、脑缺血的作用机制之一。[Objective] To study the eerebrovaseular and cardiovascular effects of KDZ on animal models. [Methods] The experimental targets were attained in animal models including cerebral hemodynamic measurement in anesthetic cats and Langendorff-perfusion in isolated guinea pig hearts. [Results] KDZ could decrease mean arterial blood pressure of anesthetic cats, increase brain blood flow and cut down the cerebral vessels resistance. It could also improve the coronary artery flow of isolated guinea pig hearts. [Conclusion] These results show that KDZ may have the ability to adjust the heart and cerebral vessels resistance, which may be one of mechanisms of anticerebral, myocardial ischemia.
