支气管哮喘患者血小板活化的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黎族支气管哮喘患者血小板功能的改变及意义。方法采用流式细胞术和酶联免疫吸附试验检测分别测定哮喘急性发作组(26例)、哮喘缓解组(42例)及正常对照组(45例)血小板膜蛋白P-选择素(CD62P)、血小板激活复合物(PAC-1)的表达水平及血浆血栓素A2(TXA2)和前列环素(PGI2)的活性变化。结果黎族哮喘急性发作组CD62P、PAC-1荧光强度、TXA2活性和TXA2/PGI2比值均高于哮喘缓解组和正常对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);哮喘缓解组仍高于正常对照组,差异无显著性。结论支气管哮喘发作存在TXA2活性增加和血小板的异常活化,血小板功能异常可能在哮喘的发生机制中有一定作用。[Objective] To study the change and clinical significance of platelet activation in patients with asthma. [Methods] The expression levels of CD62P, PAC-1 on platelets and plasma levels of TXB2, 6-K-PGF1α were measured in 26 patients with acute asthma, 42 stable patients and 45 normal subjects by FCM and ELISA. [Resuits] The expression levels of CD62P and PAC-1 on platelets significantly, plasma levels of TXB2 and TXB2/6-K- PGF1α increased in patients with acute asthma as compared with stable ones and controls. [Conclusion] Abnormal of plasma TXA2 and platelet activation exist in asthmatic patients. The abnormal of platelet function may play a importment role in airway inflammation responses in asthma.
