摘 要:目的建立测定饮用水中甲醛方法。方法利用水溶液中甲醛与酚试剂反应生成嗪,嗪在酸性溶液中被高铁离子氧化成蓝绿色化合物,产生颜色与甲醛含量成正比的原理,采用酚试剂分光光度法对饮用水中的甲醛含量进行测定,并与AHMT分光光度法比较。结果本方法的线性范围0.005—0.100mg/L,检出限为5×10^-4mg/L,RSD为1.02%-1.17%,样品加标回收率为96.4%-107.2%。结论该法用于实际水样检测,结果满意。Objective To establish a new method for determination of formaldehyde in drinking water. Methods Qin - material can be formed when formaldehyde in water met hydroxybenzene - reagent, Qin - material in acid solution was oxygened into blue and green compound by high iron ion, moreover, its colour was reliable to the amount of formaldehyde. According to this rule, hydroxybenzene reagent spectrophotometer was used to determine formaldehyde in drinking water and compared with AHMT methed. Results The liner range was 0. 005 -0. 100 mg/L, the detection limit was 5×10^-4 mg/L,RSD was 1.02% - 1.17% and the recovery rates were 96.4% - 107.2%. Conclusion The method is suitable to determine formaldehyde in drinking water.
