房地产开发项目投资优化组合决策的应用研究

摘　　要：论文根据数学规划法的原理,构建了房地产开发项目在地块规划条件、资金、市场需求的约束条件下,目标函数为最大收益的房地产投资优化组合决策的数学规划模型,并进行了模型的案例分析。为房地产开发投资的优化决策提供了一种有效的决策方法。According to the principle of mathematical programming, this paper established a mathematical programming model of the investment optimum combination decision of real estate projects. The model is restricted by layout of the plot, fund and demand of market. Maximize income is the model＇s target function. Example analysis is followed afterwards. The model provides real estate dealer an effective decision method to optimize investment decision.
