摘 要:船舶压载水已对世界各海域环境和当地经济造成严重破坏,国际海事组织规定压载水只有经过处理达到相关标准才能排放,我国船舶更是需要加强履约能力。着重从实用性角度介绍了旋流—紫外线组合的压载水处理方法。旋流分离作为第一级预处理,分离较海水密度大的固体悬浮颗粒和微生物,紫外线作为二级处理,灭活海水中残存的微生物和细菌。此组合处理方法平均灭活率达到98%以上,且组合设备简单易于维护保养,投资维护费用低,处理成本约是传统方法的1/5,经分析,该方法实用可行。Ship ballast water has damaged seriously the world's maritime environments and local economies, the International Maritime Organization(IMO) ruled that only the ballast water treated to a standard level can be discharged. The China's ships should enhance their capabilities to abide. From the viewpoint of practicability, the ballast water treatment method of hydro cyclone combined with ultraviolet radiation is introduced. Hydro cyclone separation works as the first step pretreatment to separate solid particles, of which the densities are greater than that of sea water, and microorganism, ultraviolet radiation works as the second step treatment to disinfect residual microorganism and bacteria. This combined treatment method is expected to get a killing rate of above 98 % . Its relevant equipment is easy to be maintained and the treatment cost is only the cost of 20 % by traditional methods.
