摘  要:以水稻三系紫叶标记不育系先红A和知红A为试验材料,测定其生育后期相关衰老生理指标。结果表明:紫叶标记不育系先红A和知红A在生育后期叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、光合速率和SOD活性维持较高水平,比对照博A和特A总体下降慢,而POD活性和MDA含量比博A和特A低,且总体上升幅度小,说明先红A和知红A在生育后期的整个阶段,倒一叶的活性氧产生量较少,清除酶活性较强,叶片仍能维持较强的光合能力,与对照博A和特A相比未出现早衰现象。先红A所配杂种F1结实正常,表现出较强的杂种优势,杂种间重要农艺形状和产量差异较大,大部分组合产量优于对照特优63。The corresponding physiological characteristics of senescence at the late growth stages were measured in Zhihong A and Xianhong A,a genie male sterile Indica rice with a purple-leaf marker. The results were as follows:compared with the the control Te A and Bo A,Zhihong A and Xianhong A appeared higher cements of chlorophyll, soluble protein, SOD activity and photosynthetic rate and thesed decreased slowly,while they had lower MDA content and POD activity and the two indexes increased at a low content. These indicated that there was less reactive oxygen species production,high activity of scavenging enzymes in the leaf of Zhihong A and Xianhong A and it still maintained more strong photosynthesis and senescenced slower than that of Te A and Bo A at the late growth stages. There were significant diversity in the major agronomic characters and yield between the hybrids producted with Xianhong A, but a majority of hybrids had higher yield than the control Teyou 63.
