摘 要:利用酯酶同工酶对野生双孢蘑菇和褐色、白色双孢蘑菇栽培种,大肥菇,美味蘑菇和姬松茸等蘑菇属17个菌株进行了酶谱带表型和相似性聚类分析,结果表明野生双孢蘑菇与双孢蘑菇之间亲缘关系较近,相似系数为0.667,而与大肥菇和姬松茸之间亲缘关系较远,相似系数分别为0.00,0.333;野生双孢蘑菇组织分离菌株、多孢分离菌株和单孢分离菌株遗传变异幅度较小,亲缘关系较近,表明野生双孢蘑菇的遗传背景较单一;同时分析了大肥菇与美味蘑菇,褐色蘑菇彼此之间,以及白色双孢蘑菇菌株彼此之间的亲缘关系。The of esterase isozymes of 17 Agaricus strains,including wild Agaricus bisporus,Agaricus bitorguis,Agaricus edulis,Agaricus blazei and brown and white Agaricus bisporus cultivars were studied. Results showed that there was a close genetic relationship between wild Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus bisporus strains, but a great genetic distance among wild Agaricus bisporus and Agaricus bitorguis ,Agaricus blazei. The similarity coefficient was 0. 667,0.00 and 0. 333 between wild Agaricus bisporus strains and Agaricus bisporus ,Agaricus bitorguis ,Agaricus blazei strains respectively. Results also showed that there was a close genetic relationship between tissue Isolates and single spore isolates, multiple spore isolates of wild Agaricus bisporus ,which indicated that wild Agaricus bisporus strains had low genetic diversity. And the genetic relationship was also studied among Agaricus bitorguis ,Agaricus edulis strains and brown and white Agaricus bisporus cultivars.
