摘　　要：为了使地方政府做出对社区有影响的有效决策,研究了一种新型的在线社区决策支持系统——WebPolis。它采用先进的互联网技术和GIS技术帮助当地社区官员和居民促进决策的过程。WebPolis给行政官员、规划人员、开发人员和居民带来了一种交互式的在线决策工具,鼓励更多的社区参与到当地事务的决策中来。WebPolis提高了公共决策的科学性和合理性,具有良好的应用前景。In order to get local government make effective decisions that have an effect on their communities, a new online community decision support system-WebPolis is studied. It adopts enhanced Internet technology and GIS technology to help local community officials and residents to facilitate the process of decision-making, WebPolis brings a alternant online decision tool for officials, planners, developers and residents. WebPolis enhances the scientificity and rationality of public decision-making, which has a good prospect of application.
