沥青混合料摊铺机螺旋布料器对混合料均匀性的影响

摘　　要：沥青混合料的均匀性是道路施工中要控制的重要因素，它直接关系着路面铺层的构造深度，渗水系数和压实度等重要指标，而这些正是路面质量好坏的重要衡量指标。在道路施工中，沥青混合料摊铺机主要担负着将沥青混合料均匀地摊铺至地面的任务。而螺旋布料器正是摊铺机完成摊铺任务的重要部件。笔者从混合料在螺旋布料器中运动情况这一角度出发，分析了螺旋布料器对混合料均匀性的影响。Based on problems of mixture uniformity resulted from constant diameter and pitch screw distributor of asphalt paver,the influences of screw distributor upon mixture uniformity are analyzed from movement analysis of mixture in screw distributor.The result of analysis shows the monuniformity can be avoided through changing the structure of constant diameter and pitch screw distributor.
