摘  要:采用木粉与HDPE制成了塑木复合材料,研究了木粉、粘合剂及偶联剂对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:粘合剂的加入明显改善了材料的力学性能,其较佳用量为5%。添加了硅烷偶联剂制备的复合材料力学性能有明显增强,其较佳用量为3%。Wood - Plastic composites were prepared from wood flour and HDPE, The effects of water content, adhesive and coupling agent on the mechanical properties of the composite were studied. The results indicated that the mechanical property of composite materials which contained adhesive was higher than the untreated sample. The better content of adhesive was 5 %. the mechanical properties of composite materials, with the addition of the Silane coupling agent, are preferable. The better content of Silane coupling agent was 3%.
