小儿哮咳喘胶囊治疗婴幼儿哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿哮咳喘胶囊治疗婴幼儿哮喘的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例婴幼儿哮喘患者随机分为两组,每组30例,治疗组以解毒开肺为法的小儿哮咳喘胶囊治疗,对照组以清肺化痰为法的贝羚胶囊治疗,对比其疗效。结果:治疗组临床控制11例,显效9例,有效4例,无效6例,总有效率86.67%;对照组临床控制4例,显效6例,11例,无效9例,总有效率70.00%,两组总有效率经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组在临床主要症状、体征的改善方面也优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:婴幼儿哮咳喘胶囊为治疗小儿哮喘的有效复方制剂,值得进一步推广应用。Objective：To observe the effect of Xiaoer Xiaokechuan Jiaonang （Capsule for infantile cough and asthma） for infantile asthma and probe its functional mechanism. Methods：The 60 infantile asthma cases were randomized into the treatment group and control group with 30 in each. The treatment group was treated by Xiaoer Xiaokechuan Jiaonang in principle of removing toxins to clear lung while the control group treated by Beiling Jiaonang （Capsule of Fritillary Bulb and Antelope＇s Horn） in principle of clearing lung to dissolve phlegm. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared with each other. Results：In the treatment group, 11 cases were clinically controlled, 9 remarkably effective, 4 effective, 6 ineffective, with a total effective rate of 86.67%. In the control group, 4 cases were clinically controlled, 6 remarkably effective, 11 effective,9 ineffective,with a total effective rate of 70.00%. The difference of two groups was significant in statistics （P〈0.05）. The improvement of main symptoms and signs of treatment group was also better than that of control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Xiaoer Xiaokechuan Jiaonang is an effective compound medicine for infantile asthma, worth spreading for application.
