国境卫生检疫医学媒介生物行业标准体系的完善

摘　　要：〔目的〕为了适应新形势下对国境口岸媒介生物监控工作的新要求,不断完善国境卫生检疫医学媒介生物行业标准体系,为检验检疫部门制定相关行业标准提供参考。〔方法〕结合我国病媒生物控制标准体系和国境卫生检疫工作的具体实际,在现行的国境卫生检疫行业标准体系框架下,建立相应的媒介生物标准体系。〔结果〕建立了基于医学媒介生物控制过程要素、检疫对象类型要素和医学媒介生物类别要素的三维标准框架。〔结论〕医学媒介生物标准体系是国境卫生检疫行业标准体系的重要组成部分,应早日建立并完善该体系,将其正式作为制、修订医学媒介生物国境卫生检疫行业标准的中长期指导性文件。Objective To meet the demands for monitoring the medicine vectors at the frontier port under new conditions, to build up a relatively scientific standard system of frontier health and quarantine, and to provid reference for establishing relevant standards by the organizations of inspection and quarantine. Method Considering China＇s standard system of controlling vector and the practices of frontier health and quarantine, a corresponding system for vector inspection and control is set up based on the current standard system of this industry. Result Consequently, a three-dimensional frame was put forward on the basis of disease vector controlling process and types of quarantined substance and medical vector. Conclusion The standard system of medical vector serves as the essential part of the disease standard system of frontier health and quarantine. Therefore, improvement is highly needed to make it as the long-run guideline for establishing and amending the system of frontier health and quarantine.
