摘  要:目的观察银杏叶提取物(EGb)对糖尿病大鼠心肌线粒体呼吸控制率的影响。方法30只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病组和银杏叶治疗组,观察各组大鼠心肌线粒体超微结构,心肌线粒体呼吸控制率的变化。结果糖尿病大鼠心肌线粒体主要表现为肿胀,嵴变短,空泡化;呼吸控制率3态呼吸降低,呼吸控制率降低。银杏叶治疗组病变较糖尿病组明显减轻,治疗组心肌线粒体呼吸控制率3态呼吸及呼吸控制率与正常对照组无明显差异。结论EGb能提高心肌线粒体的呼吸控制率,从而对糖尿病大鼠心肌起保护作用。Objective to observe the effection of extract gingko biloba(EGb) on myocardium mitochondrial respiration rate of experimental diabetic rats. Methods 30 wister rats were randomly divided into nomal group, diabets group and extract gingko biloba treatment group. The morphologic changes of myocardium mitochondria were studied by electronmicroscope. The change of myocardium mitochondrial respiration control rate were test by clark eletron. Results The swallen, the shorten crest of mitochondria were observed in the diabets rats. The lower station 3 and respiration control rate of myocardium mitochondria in diabets rats than in the Egb treatmenl.There is no difference of station 3 and respiration control rate of myocardium mitochondria beween tibet rats and nomal rats. Conclusion Egb can protect the myocardium by improving the respiratin control rate of diabets myocardium mitochondria.
