摘　　要：随着近年来VOIP技术的发展,SIP软电话已经逐步应用到无线移动终端(PDA、手机等)上来。WindowsMobile 5.0是目前移动设备中较为流行的操作系统。为实现在Windows Mobile 5.0上利用Internet技术进行音视频通话的功能,通过以SIP协议为基础,利用DirectShow技术完成了在Windows Mobile 5.0上构建SIP可视软电话模型,实现了音视频通话功能,使其具有信令稳定、时延少、语音清晰和画面流畅的优点。With the development of VolP technology in recent years, SIP soft phone has been gradually applied on wireless Mobile devices （PDA, Mobile phone, etc. ）. Windows Mobile 5.0 is the more popular Mobile device operatirig system at present. For the realization of audio-video calling function on the Windows Mobile 5.0 by using Internet technology, this paper completes the construction of SIP soft phone model and realizes its audio-video calling, which is based on SIP protocol, DirectShow technology and Windows Mobile 5.0 ensures the software have the advantages such as stable message, less delay, clear voice and fluent image.
