白腐菌流化床反应器降解碱木素废水研究

摘　　要：设计了一种适合于白腐菌处理碱木素废水的流化床生物反应器，采用2种运行方式，分批运行3个循环，碱木素脱色率为50％-80％，COD去除率达50％以上，连续运行55d，碱木素脱色率达60％，COD去除率达84％．A fluidized-bed bioreactor,suitable for white rot fungus Pleurotus ostreatus to treat alkali lignin effluent, is designed. In a sequential bateh reaetor, the fimgal pellets eould be used for three eycles during the long term operation, where medium and lignin was replenished at the end of eaeh eyele and the fungus was reeyeled. Under favorable conditions, the deeolorisation rate is 50% - 80%, COD removal rate is over 50%. Free myeelial pellets were reused eontinuously in this system for 55 d, the deeolorisation rate is 60%, COD removal rate is 84%.
