摘　　要：混凝土楼板和砌块填充墙的裂缝是多种因素造成的,对此必须从图纸会审开始,制定综合的治理方案,主动与业主、设计方合作,加强对分包方、分供方的控制及施工过程中严格把关,才能最大限度地减少裂缝的产生,使住宅工程质量达到相关质量标准的要求.Many causes lead to cracks of concrete floorslab and filling wall. It can furthest decrease cracks and meet the quality standard of dwelling project if the parties concerned make a joint checkup to blueprint,constitute complex management plans,joint positively with owner design, strengthen controlling the two sides and supervise closely during the course of construction.
