摘 要:目的建立咽炎糖浆中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为依利特Hypersil ODS2 C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸(46:54)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,紫外检测波长为280nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果咽炎糖浆中黄芩苷浓度在3.83~122.56μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.74%,RSD为2.21%(n=6)。结论本法灵敏、简便、准确,重现性好,可用于咽炎糖浆中黄芩苷的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of baicalin in Pharyngitis Syrup. METHODS The determination was carried out Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (4. 6mrn×250mm, 5μm). The mixture of methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid (46 : 54) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1. The UV detective wavelength was 280nm. The column temperature was 30℃ ,and the injection volume was 10μL. RESULTS The linear range of baicalin was 3.83~122.56μg · mL^-1 , the average recovery of this method was 100.74 % and the RSD was 2.21% ( n = 6). CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of baicalin in Pharyngitis Syrup.
