摘　　要：目的建立咽炎糖浆中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为依利特Hypersil ODS2 C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），甲醇-0．1％磷酸（46：54）为流动相，流速1．0mL·min^-1，紫外检测波长为280nm，柱温30℃，进样量10μL。结果咽炎糖浆中黄芩苷浓度在3．83～122．56μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为100．74％，RSD为2．21％（n=6）。结论本法灵敏、简便、准确，重现性好，可用于咽炎糖浆中黄芩苷的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of baicalin in Pharyngitis Syrup. METHODS The determination was carried out Hypersil ODS2 C18 column （4. 6mrn×250mm, 5μm）. The mixture of methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid （46 ： 54） was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1. The UV detective wavelength was 280nm. The column temperature was 30℃ ,and the injection volume was 10μL. RESULTS The linear range of baicalin was 3.83～122.56μg · mL^-1 , the average recovery of this method was 100.74 % and the RSD was 2.21% （ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of baicalin in Pharyngitis Syrup.
