摘 要:目的:研究电针结合运动疗法对脑缺血大鼠神经功能恢复及神经生长因子的影响。方法:70只SD大鼠随机分为5组各14只,A组为正常对照组,B、C、D和E组制作脑缺血模型,造模成功后1d,B组不做任何干预,C组开始接受电针治疗,D组同时进行滚笼运动训练,E组综合C、D 2组的治疗方法。各组分别在治疗后1、12及24 d时进行神经功能评分,免疫组化法观察神经生长因子(NGF)的表达。结果:造模后12及24 d时C、D、E组神经功能评分和NGF蛋白的表达水平均优于B组(P<0.05);与C、D组比较E组更显著(P<0.05);24 d后各组NGF阳性细胞表达数均较12 d有所下降。结论:规律有序的康复训练能明显提高脑缺血大鼠神经功能的恢复,综合疗法效果更显著,其机制可能与NGF表达上调有关。Objective: To study the effect of electric acupuncture in combination with exercise training on nerve functional recovery and NGF in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: Seventy male SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group (group A), control group (group B), electric acupuncture group (group C), exercise group (group D), and electric acupuncture in combination with exercise training group (group E) (n: 14 in each group). Rats were subjected to middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). One clay after reperfusion, the rats in group C received acupuncture treatment daily for 24 days, those in group D were trained by running wheel daily, and those in group E received both exercise training and acupuncture treatment also for 24 days. The rats in groups A and B were not subjected to any treatment. Neural functions and the expression of NGF in the animals were evaluated at 1st, 12st and 24st clay after infarction. Results: At 24st clay after treatment, there was significant improvement in the score of neural functions test in groups C, D, E as compared with that in group B. The immunostaining revealed that the expression of NGF was higher in groups C, D, E than that in group B (P〈0.05). The score of neural function test and the expression of NGF in group E were higher than in groups C and D. At 12st day, the expression of NGF was higher than at 24st clay in all groups. There was no difference between groups B, C, D and group E in the score of neural functions or in NGF immunostraining at first day. Conclusion: Electric acupuncture in combination with exercise can promote the recovery of the cerebral neural functions in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion partially by up-regulating the expression of NGF.
