运动疗法结合电针治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者生存质量改善的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨运动训练结合电针治疗对不同病程脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法:60例急性脑卒中患者随机分为康复组和对照组各30例,均接受基本相同的药物治疗,康复组同时接受运动训练和电针治疗。采用生存质量测定简式量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评定2组患者生存质量。结果:在治疗1个月时2组WHOQOL-BREF评分差异无显著性意义,治疗3和6个月时康复组WHOQOL-BREF量表中生理、心理和环境领域评分及生存质量和健康状况主观评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:早期运动训练结合电针治疗能更有效改善脑卒中患者的生存质量。Objective： To explore the effects of exercise training and electroacupuncture on the quality of life in hemiplegia patients with stroke at different disease periods. Methods： Sixty cases of acute stroke were assigned to the rehabilitation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases） randomly. The drug treatments in two groups were almost the same. The patients in rehabilitation group received exercise training and electroacupuncture. The WHO Quality of Lifebrief version （WHOQOL-BREF） was used to assess the quality of life at 1st, 3rd and 6th month after the onset of stroke. Results： The scores in both rehabilitation and control groups were similar at 1st month after the onset of stroke. The patients in the rehabilitation group at 3rd and 6th month demonstrated much higher scores in physical, psychological, environmental domains （P〈0.05）, the subjective QOL and health items of WHOQOL-BREF （P〈0.05 or 0.01） than those in the control group. Conclusion： Early exercise training and electroacupuncture can effectively improve the quality of life in hemiplegia patients with stroke.
