摘  要:将纳米水滑石有机化改性以后,采用插层法制备LDPE/纳米水滑石复合材料,挤出吹塑农用棚膜。对棚膜的力学性能、透光性能、耐老化性能、流滴消雾性能进行测试。结果表明:纳米水滑石的质量分数约为3%时,棚膜的拉伸强度、直角撕裂强度和断裂伸长率、透光率、耐老化性、红外光线的阻透性等出现峰值;纳米水滑石的质量分数约为0.3%时,棚膜的流滴消雾效果好,持效性长。Nano-meter LDH particles are modified with organic matter. LDPE/nano-meter LDH composite material is made by means of intercalation, then agricultural greenhouse film is produced by extrusion blowing with the material. Many properties including mechanical, transparency, anti-ageing, dripping and fog-reducing are tested. The results show that tensile strength, tear strength and break elongation rate, transmittance, anti-ageing, anti-infrared rays are up to the top while the mass fraction of nano-meter LDH is about 3%, and the dripping fog-reducing property is best and durable while the mass fraction of nano-meter LDH is about 0.3%.
