摘  要:文章对中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司延迟焦化装置的腐蚀状况进行了描述,结合装置运行过程中设备和管线存在的腐蚀问题进行了分析。由于原料油经过焦化反应后,有大量非活性硫分解为腐蚀性高的活性硫,致使焦炭塔后工艺管线(如分馏塔的蜡油管线和塔底油管线)和设备腐蚀问题加重,而分馏塔顶的工艺管线和冷换设备则以低温电化学腐蚀为主。相应的防护措施包括优化工艺操作,落实分馏塔顶系统注缓蚀剂措施,适当提高材质以及加强重点腐蚀部位的监测等。The corrosion status in the delayed coking unit in SINOPEC Wuhan Petrochemical Plant is described. The corrosion problems in equipment and piping in delayed coker operation are analyzed. As the feedstock is cracked in coking process, a large amount of inactive compounds are pyrolyzed into corrosive active sulfur compounds, which corrode downstream process pipelines of coker drum (coker gas oil pipeline and bottom oil pipeline of fractionator) and equipment.Whereas, the process pipelines at the overhead of fractionator and heat exchangers mainly suffer from electro - chemical corrosion. The proper corrosion protectfon measures are optimization of process operation, injection of corrosion inhibitor at the overhead of fractionator, upgrading of metallurgy and strengthening of corrosion detection at locations subject to corrosion .
