精苯生产中降低浓硫酸消耗的实践及效果

摘　　要：本文主要介绍了浓硫酸洗涤轻苯深加工工艺生产中,通过对原料轻苯的焦炭吸附处理、未洗混和分的温度指标控制、酸洗反应时间的调整、浓硫酸的2次利用等措施,使每t轻苯浓硫酸的消耗由75 kg降低到45 kg,不但降低了生产成本,同时保护了环境。The washing light benzol with vitriol in light benzol deep processing was introduced. Through treating by coke adsorption, controlling the temperature of no - mix part, adiusting the time of acid dipping, the wastage of vitriol processing per ton light benzol was able to reduce from 75 kg to 45 kg. The approach had obtained not only economical benefit, but also environmental benefit.
