略论新桂系时期广西基层干部培训

摘　　要：新桂系为了整顿乡村基层政权,加强对广西全省的统治,在"行新政,用新人"的方针指导下,开办培训机构,并结合局势需要采用不同的具体措施,培养了一批"行新政"的乡村基层干部,取得了一定的效果,改善了广西基层干部队伍的整体素质,加强了政府对基层的控制,使广西社会状况有所好转。To rectify the basic regime of countryside and strengthen the control to Guangxi, the New Gui Clique opened training institute in the guiding principal of ＂taking advanced administration, using advanced person＂. According to the condition, it took different measures to cultivate a group of countryside basic cadres and made some positive influence. 1, Improved the quality of the cadres; 2, Strengthen the control of government to the basic level; 3, Society condition of Guangxi was improved.
