摘　　要：全球网络环境下,图书馆读者服务工作发生了很大变化,,这使得它以全新的特征区别于传统图书馆的读者服务工作。本文阐述了网络环境下,读者服务工作发生的巨大变化,介绍了网络环境下读者服务工作的特点和应采取的对策。The service for readers of the library has brought the big changes under the Network Environment. It is different from the traditional service for readers of the library. This paper discusses on the changes of libraries＇ service for readers under the network environment and introduces its characteristics and advances some countermeasures for doing it well.
