摘  要:以γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷为连接臂,合成了β-环糊精键合硅胶固定相(CDs).研究了二茂铁衍生物的手性HPLC分离,结果表明此固定相对手性二茂铁衍生物有很好的分离能力.优化了色谱分离条件,讨论了可能的分离机理,并考察温度对二茂铁衍生物手性分离的影响,实验所选取的温度都低于对映体转折温度Tiso,在该实验温度范围内,固定相构型未发生明显变化;保留机制及对映选择作用不变;Δ(ΔH0)和Δ(ΔS0)均为负值,说明该化合物的拆分为焓驱动过程.β-cyclodextrin bonded silica stationary phase(CDs) were prepared by a facile method via the spacer 3-glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane (KH-560). The chiral chromatographic properties of CDs were tested . Good resolutions for ferrocene derivatives were obtained with CDs, and their retention mechanism was investigated and discussed. The influence of column temperature for the chiral separation of ferrocene derivatives was also studied on the CDs, and all the tested temperatures were lowered than the isotemperature Tiso. The result showed that there was no evidence that the configuratoin of stationary phase changed, and reservation mechanism and enantiotropy selection action remained unchanged.△(△H^0)and△(△S^0)were both negative which showed that the enantioseparation was under enthalpy control.
