摘　　要：文章从建设选址、布局、朝向、间距等方面进行深入研究,将生态技术和建筑节能科学运用到住宅规划设计中,以提高能源利用率。强调住宅规划设计应结合当地的气候因素和场地因素,充分利用以自然采光通风为主的生态环境,同时尽可能利用可再生能源的潜力,综合性地进行节能规划设计。This article, from location determination, layout, direction determination, and clearance, gives thorough discussion on applying ecological technique and architectural energy saving science into residential planning and design to improve the rate of energy utilization. In addition, it emphasizes that residential planning and layout design shall be based upon local climate and field, make sufficient use of natural ventilation and renewable energy and carry out energy planning and design comprehensively.
