摘 要:对栽培于同一生境的南天竹13个种质资源同一生长期叶片中酯酶(EST)同工酶酶谱进行比较研究及SPSSS数据处理分析。结果表明:EST同工酶酶谱在各种质资源间,具有很高的多态性,除少数共有的特征谱带外,其余的种质资源间存在较明显的频率差异.南天竹EST酶带总共有12条,分为3大酶区,S区带有酶谱5条,FS区带有酶谱3条,F区带有酶谱4条。其中Rf0.02、Rf0.16、Rf0.71、Rf0.75这4条酶带为13个种质所共有的固有酶。EST酶谱聚类分析将湖南南天竹13个种质分为3大类。The esterase isodynamic enzyme zymogram of the same growth phase leaves of thirteen Nandina populations cultivated in the same habitat was analyzed and compared with SPSS13.0 software. The results indicated that the frequency difference of the esterase isody -namic enzyme zymogram among different populations even in one population was obvious in except for a few common characteristic zymogram belts. There were 12 esterase isoenzyme zymogram belts in Nandina domestica in Hu' nan , which were divided into three regions. There were five belts in the S region, three belts in FS region, four belts in F region. All varieties of species had four common features among the bands, namely Rf 0. 02 ,0.16 ,0. 71and 0.75. 13 populations in Hu'nan can be divided into three major categories.
