摘 要:以黄花补血草和大叶补血草无菌苗叶片为外植体,采用不同激素配比诱导愈伤组织,并分化获得不定芽,以建立两种补血草无性系,为植株快繁和细胞悬浮培养提供理论依据.结果表明:以补血草无菌苗叶片为外植体进行愈伤组织诱导和分化,可实现补血草快速繁殖,黄花补血草愈伤组织的诱导和分化较大叶补血草的容易.黄花补血草最适愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+6- BA(0.3~0.5mg/L)+NAA(1.0~2.0mg/L),最适分化培养基为MS+6-BA(0.3~1.0mg/L)+NAA(0.5~1.0 mg/L);大叶补血草最适愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+6-BA(0.3~0.5mg/L)+NAA 2.0mg/L,最适分化培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L.To offer theoretical basis of rapid plant propagation and cell suspensional culture, the leaves of sterile seedlings of Limonium aureum(Linn.) Hill and Limonium gmelinii(Willd.) Kantze were used as explants to induce callus in different phytohormone combinations, and they were differentiated to gain adventitious buds. The results indicated that the rapid propagation of Limonium Mill. could be achieved by using the leaves of sterile seedlings of Limonium Mill. as the explant to induce and differentiate callus and that the inducement and differentiation of callus of L. aureum(L.) Hill are more easier than L. gmelinii(W.) Kantze. In addition, the proper induced medium of callus of L. aureum(L.) Hill was MS + 6- BA(0.3-0.5 mg/L) + NAA(1.0-2.0 mg/L), the proper differentiated medium was MS + 6-BA(0.3-1.0 mg/L) + NAA(0.5-1.0 mg/L); the proper induced medium of callus of L. gmelinii (W.) Kantze was MS + 6- BA(0.3-0.5 rag/L) + NAA 2.0 rag/L, and the proper differentiated medium was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L.
