摘 要:对大夏河临夏段枯水期肉鞭虫物种多样性及群落结构进行了研究.共记录了肉鞭虫75种,隶属于4纲12目22科,其中优势类群为眼虫目(Euglenida)和变形目(Amoebida).利用肉鞭虫群落特征指标对大夏河临夏段水体环境质量进行了评价.研究结果表明:该段水体已受到不同程度的污染,综合评价结果显示,枯水期四个采样断面水体受污染程度的顺序从重到轻为2^#〉3^#〉4^#〉1^#.污染级别:1^#样点为βm-αm,2^#点为αm一只,3^#样点为αm一只,4^#样点为αm.The community characteristics of Sarcomastigophora and species diversity during the low water period in the Linxia section of the Daxiahe River were studied, and 75 species belonging to 4 classes, 12 orders, 22 families were identified. Euglenida and Amoebida were the dominant groups. The water quality of the Daxiahe River was evaluated by analyzing the community characteristics of Sarcomastigophora and the result showed that the water body of the Linxia section of the Daxiahe River had been polluted in different degrees. The severity of water pollution in 4 sampling sites was 2^# 〉3^# 〉4^# 〉 1^#, the water level of 1^# sampling site was βm - αm, the water level of 2^# sampling site was αm - Ps, the water level of 3^# sampling site was αm - Ps, and the water level of 4^# sampling site was αm,
