摘 要:回顾了声发射检测技术在流程工业多相系统中的应用,简要介绍了声发射技术的基本原理、数据流程及设备组成,阐述了声发射技术中采样频率与设备灵活性相互制约以及数据回归等问题。研究了声发射技术在催化剂自动加料控制(气-固体系)、流化床冷凝态露点控制(气-液体系)中的应用。说明了该项技术在液态系统中有着更为广阔的发展前景,与其它技术相比,声发射技术具有便捷、实时、准确、环保等优点。The application of acoustic emission (AE) technology in the multiphase system of process industries is reviewed and its basic principles, generic data path flow-sheet and equipment setup are presented. The interaction between sampling frequency and the flexibility of equipment as well as data regression methods in AE technology are presented. The uses of AE technology in the control of catalyst automatic feed unit (gas-solid) and dew point control in fluidized beds (gas-liquid) were studied, and the results show that acoustic measurement techniques are bound to have an even broader prospect for development in liquid system. Compared with other methods, AE technology has the advantages of convenience in implementation, online measurement, and environmental friendliness with fairly good accuracy.
